Laurens County Inmate Visitation Procedures

The following items are permissible for inmates to receive by US Mail:

  • Letters
  • Stamped Envelopes (No more than 10 per mailing)
  • Stamps
  • Seasonal / Occasional Cards
  • Money Orders for commissary purchases
  • Pictures (Not to Exceed 5x7 and NO Explicit Images)
  • Deck of Playing Cards
           Do not mail any type of clothing articles or “musical” cards.  Do not mail puzzle/word find books of any kind.  These type books 
           can be purchased from canteen at prices comparable to any department/discount store.  *Please see “Inmate Commissary”.

          Do not adhere any type of stickers to incoming mail.
          Item mailed in that are not on the approved list will be returned to sender.
