Four Arrested and One Being Sought in String of Larcenies in the Waterloo Community July 3, 2024
On July 2, 2024 the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrested eighteen-year-old Justin Ray Marler of 444 Burton Creek Side Rd, Waterloo SC; seventeen-year-old Christopher Adam Barber of 1916 Dillard Rd, Waterloo SC; eighteen-year-old Charles Anthony Barber of 1916 Dillard Rd, Waterloo SC; and eighteen-year-old Dennis Jacob Trent of 290 Flotella Rd. Ext., Waterloo SC for a string of thefts in the Waterloo Community. Stolen from residents were various watercraft, fishing equipment and jet skis. These defendants were charged with seven counts of Grand Larceny and transported to the Johnson Detention Center.
Also being sought by the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office in connection with these larcenies is twenty-two year old Jamie Lee Trent of Greenwood, SC. Trent is wanted for seven counts of Grand Larceny.
